Send log files

Occasionally Group 6 Support may ask you to send the log files from DIVA Client to help identify an issue.

Send log files

  1. In the menu bar, click Help.
  2. Click Send Us Log Files.
    Send log files
    Select Send Us Log Files from the Help menu.
  1. In the menu bar, click Help.
  2. Click Send Us Log Files.
    Send log files
    Select Send Us Log Files from the Help menu.

Result: The log files will automatically send to Group 6 Support. A notification will pop up to tell you this has been successful.
